MSD BTM or EEC-Tuner

I am reworking my combo to 351W with a procharger, can the ECC-Tuner perform the same function as the BTM?

I like all the other features that the EEC-Tuner can provide, who has one, how do you like it.

Thanks

Yes and No

The EEC Tuner doesn't have a boost sensitive input since it uses only the stock sensors. You can however map your own timing curve to match the boost output of your supercharger.

I run a strong curve up to about 3500rpm then slowly drop it down to around 20 degrees or so on pump gas. I run a btm too, just to have that adustability on the fly in case of bad weather or gas. I don't entirely trust btm's, I seen several friends blow head gasket after head gasket until they figured out the btm was bad.

All in all I have been very happy with the tuner. The software could be a little better, it needs a graphical interface. I'm currently working on one. The "tweecer" looks good too, it looks like the same exact thing with better software.
