Is your fan working? Try replacing you thermostat.

Check your coolant level, and make sure your electric fans are coming on. If they are okay, there is a good possibility your thermostat is bad.

Define overheating. Is the radiator overflowing? What kind of gauge do you have? What mods?

Have your radiator cap tested. It should test at 15psi or so. If not replace it. Alot of people forget that part of their cooling system.

Clint is exactly right. That's why I was asking if your radiator was overflowing. A weak radiator cap lowers the boiling point of the cooling system, and allows it to overflow. It is amazing how many people overlook it, too. This is more of a spring/summer problem, though, which is why I'm asking you to define overheating.

Take care,
-Chris
