should i buy a cam?

i have an 89 5spd 5.8 coupe, with a 70mm tb, 80mm maf, 30lbs injs., cobra upper, gt-40 lower, 351W heads, unknown cam, non-roller engine. the whole axhaust is done with long 1-5/8 hedmans, 2.5 h-pipe, bullets, & 4" tips. i also put in 4.10s. et=14.1@98
when i pin her, a lot of blue smoke comes out of mostly my left pipe, my oil pressure is low, & my #7 cylinder compression is 122vs145 of the rest. i'm going to rebuild it in the spring. should i rollerize it, & buy a roller cam with roller-hydraulic lifters, if so, which cam should i get. i was also thinking of porting these heads myself, & get them milled. i think the combustion chamber on these is 67cc. i'd like to get it down to about 61cc or so to raise the compression. is it worth it on these heads. the only money i would spend on these heads is to mill them & rebuild them. i'm on a tight budget since i want to fix the looks of my stang too. please help me out. i love my car & i want to go the right way. thank you in advance

you must have an svo block, i dont know if you can rollerize it or not? someone here can help you im sure, you probaly can, if so, id stay with a 224 dur 533 lift cam, lunati or crane cam, yea rebuild that bad boy, and make sure and get some roller rockers if anything, your car should be capable of mid 13's on street tires, depending on suspension, hope you get it all fixed up, port those heads, and match intake, and you might see 12's, but not sure, never worked on a 351w.....peace
