Parts for sale-make me an offer

Selling these to get a Whipple Charger. TFS Street Intake, 3/8" spacer,24# inj.,e-cam-lifters(never installed) for a 302, maybe a C&L 76mm mas w/19&24 sampling tubes. What would be a good asking price?
