e-brake handle noise

How do i stop my e-brake handle from vibrating. It is really annoying and i think it has to do with the button at the end of the handle. How do i fix this? thanks

I believe there's a screw on the underside, my best friends did this and i think that's what he did, I'll have to email him...

There are no screws on the bottom of the handle. You are probably thinking about a cover that you can put on to make it look nicer. i believe those use a couple screws on the bottom of it to make it tighter. I really appreciate your help, but are there any other suggestions out there please.

I wrote my friend an e-mail about it, so he should get on here soon, you're right, no screws, sorry, just a guess. He has the stock one but he fixed the noise. Good luck!

i'm a turtle when it comes to e-mail.....

I think jl1314 is thinking of my old firebird. I don't recall having a problem with stang e-brke handle.

What exactly is shaking? The handle grip or the handle itself?

Mine does the same thing. It didnt do it untill i put dumps on my car. I fixed mine by spraying white lithium grease into the tip of the e-brake handle. It was very annoying for me too.:D

You can go to home depot and buy a few rubber "O" rings. Find one that will fit tight around the handle button and slide it down to the base and tuck it under the opening of the handle. (did that make sense?)
