If you've installed a 7 tooth speedo drive gear please read!
 
I dropped my tranny last week to install a new clutch. While its out, I want to replace the speedo drive gear with a new 7 tooth unit. How do I do it and how hard is it to do? i know the tailshaft has to come off, but I dont want to mess anything up. Please advise

Ive done it and it took me about 20 minutes after i got the trans out. The hardest part is getting the shifter linkage back in place. Its not too bad.
