what springs will make my car look like this(stance)...pic inside

I have the stock 15" turbines and 225 60R 15's so I do not think I should have a rubbing problem. I think this guy has the BBK springs but I am not sure. If your foxy body has a stance like this, what springs are you using? BBK's would achieve that look. Something in the range of 1.5" drop or thereabouts. Mine wears Motorsport C springs, and the drop isn't near as big...but I like having ground clearance.

You called? ...... Oh... "foxy body". Sorry.

Can you send me a pic of your car. I would rather get the FMS springs because I can just drive to my dealer and get them, no shipping! Now for the C springs do I have to change my struts, shocks? Maybe the B's are better for me since mine is a daily driver? Fox Body "Foxy Body" was actually a mis-type, but I like it http://www.mustangworks.com/interact...oard/smile.gif Ian ------------------ Ian Sim webmaster@stangpower.com STORED: 1988 Mustang GT "Canadian Cobra", stock, AOD, loaded WANT XENON HEADLIGHTS AND WHITE FACE GAUGES? I am sure that he is running BBK's. I have them on my ASC. I have to be extremely careful driving around town, keep this in mind when picking your springs.

I think this could be most brands that drop the car about 1" to 1.5", ie. Eibach, Steeda, H&R, etc. But, I don't think that this is the FMS "B/C" springs. They don't drop the back as much. I've heard that the most is .5 to .75. They recommend if you use those springs you should cut the rears by one coil to level out the stance. Keep asking around about FMS springs. A lot of guys have them.

i seen and heard nothing but good things about the MAC springs..and they just like all MAC products dont cost an arm and leg

If your stang still sits too high after you install the springs, you can always lower it some more by taking out the rubber spring isolators and it'll drop a lot more. That's what I've done to my LX which has Saleen specific rate springs.

Took out the isolaters? There something about metal to metal contact that bothers me. Any chaffing through yet?

More pics available at http://members.home.net/jonathan.kudryk/mycar/ As you can see, the rears weren't cut when installed, so the back sits a bit higher. But once the 100 pounds of stereo goes in there, it drops down a bit to where it "should" sit. ------------------ 1991 LX Hatch 5.0L |
Well, I have decided to wait for a little while. Since I am going to custom make a side echaust system, lowering the car may not be a good idea.
