Best Dremel??

Hey guys, my wife just told me that I am getting a Dremel tool for Christmas and asked me which model I want. What are some of the better models out there? Any particular options that you think are worth getting?

I've got to go out tonight and get it so a quick response would be great.

as far as electric, I am happy with my Craftsman, it is heavier duty than any Dremel and comes with a flex-shaft. I cannot remember the part#, but it is the only one I saw with a grounded plug. It is infinitely adjustable 0-30,000rpm.

It was $99 a little more than a dremel, it has no tool kit, but it won't bog down on cast iron.

my .02

It's INGERSOLL-RAND. I happen to know REAL well as I am the Canadian Drilling (Rock drilling) Marketing Manager for Ingersoll-Rand. :)

I never thought about buying all my own companies stuff. I was going to buy a compressor and all the air tools when I got a garage (40-50% off retail price) but not an electric Dremel.

Just get the basic dremel with variable speed. Like $65.00

The craftsman looks like it is a dremel with craftsman name on it, so I wouldnt pay more for the same thing.

some craftsman are dremels - the $99 is not, it is much heavier duty. honestly.
