Ford Extreme Performance Engine Control System

Is anyone using this it sounds like a Anderson PMS? Ford sales it for $250 you just need a laptop. I was wondering how easy it is to use and is it worth it? Check it you at http://www.oemfordparts.com/partdeta...&CategoryID=13

Hell...if those things were only $250 they'd be on every Mustang from coast to coast. More in the neghborhood or $900-$1300 depending where you buy. Plus you'll need a laptop to tune it and do data logging. But if you've got the time and the know-how it's really hard to beat. The PMS system is a bit easier to use and acts as an interface between your factory computer and all your sensors. For user friendlyness it's definitely high on the list. WMS also sells an SDS Injection system that I'm looking into for my project this summer (it can be run without an EEC...which you need for the PMS) since it doesn't use a laptop and looks easy as hell to use. Dirtking should know that Speedpro makes a comparable system to the EPEC computer....allbeit more expensive. Also a laptop programmable piece. So is Fel-Pro's SEFI8LO system.
