injectors

Anyone know a way to test injectors (good/bad) that are off the car? I seem to recall something about measuring the resistance or impedance? Thanks for any help.

You can use a voltometer....but I think they may have to be hooked up to a car for that (or at least a power source). You could always send them off to have them flow-checked and tested.

Hooking them up to a car wouldn't be a problem. Does anyone have any numbers for resistance or voltage to distinguish b/w good and bad injectors?

If you want to test the resistance/impedence (same thing as far as this is concerned), you don't have to hook it up to a power source. Just grab your multimeter, and set it to ohms, then touch the terminals on the injector. I don't know what they are supposed to be, but test them all, if you have one or two outliers.......you can figure it out. Someone here can probably tell you what its supposes to be.
