driving me crazy! help...

This noise i hear when my car is started, usually when i rev up, or when i accelerate, it feels like its something rubbing the floor under my seat, i have urethane trans and crossmemeber mounts, some reason my x-member seems really close to my h-pipe at the hump, could that be rubbing? if it is, i dont know what to do, i hope im not hearing my flywheel:( any suggestion thnx....

I guess i can check my d/s bolts, that seems to be a problem sometimes after while, also im missing a fastener in my trans mount that goes into the t-5, not an easy bolt to find and match, but still think its something else?

I would not worrie about it, my car and also my friends car do the same thing, we have came to find out that when you put her to the floor, the h-pipe starts to vibrate a little on the drive shaft and the tranz mount. I was asking my next door neighboor the other day , well telling him about the noise and how i was getting pissed off at it and he started to laugh and said his does the same thing!, so i figure if i know three other guys cars that do that i am not setting to bad, just a little loose maybe

I appreciate your help, i am getting used to it a little, but i see where it rubs, i had it on a lift yesterday, and the h-pipe is very close to the x-member on the driver side, and it is making contact when i hit the gas, engine movement? (vibrated the floor):( im thinking about grinding on it or something, or perhaps trying to move the x-member over somehow? thnx for your help.....
