Any difference between the 6037 and the 6032?
 

Any difference? Besides the 6032 being a 3/8 stud mount and the 6037 being a pedestal mount I mean. I heard the 3/8 inch studs were a much better way to go, but I guess the 6037 only comes in the pedestal mount. Will the 6032 still have all the emmissions stuff I need?

my edelbrock catalog says the 6032 is "50 state street legal".

dont be afraid of th epedestal mount heads, work great, can handle large horsepower, accept stock style rockers arms, etc...really nothing wrong with the 6037 for most street/strip applications.

I had the 6032's on my 302. I just sold them a few weeks ago to go with AFR 185's for my 393. The 6032's worked great for me on my 91, they have all the emissions stuff and everything on them. I think the only difference is the screw in studs and guideplates.........that's why i went for the 6032. They were great heads.

I'm running the 6032's right now. The have the emissions stuff in them, and are a great street head. Like you said the only difference is stud mount vs pedestal mount. Flow numbers are identical, don't let anyone tell you different. Even the 6022 (performer RPM not E-legal I think) flow the same.

The stud mount heads are a great way to go to have an adjustable valve train, great for bigger cams. Stock type (pedestal mount) are good for small cams, and you can re-use the junky factory rocker arms. With the 6032's you can always put in 7/16 studs too.
