Idling High...
 

My car idles at around 1000rpms, and i was wondering if i could lower it to about 750 or lower???

p.s. i tryd loosening the idle screw all the way, and the pedal would stick(not being able to give it gas), until i pushed down on the pedal hard.

Please Help???
