WINDSOR FORD HEADS ARE THEY ANY GOOD???
 
I JUST FOUND AN ADD IN MY JEGS MAIL ORDER FOR 302 WINDSOR HEADS COMPLETE FOR $397.99 IS THIS A GOOD DEAL??? THE ADD SAYS THEY CAN ADD ANY WHERE FROM 30-100HP OUT OF THE BOX
THANKS TO ANY HELP OR ADVISE GIVEN.

Turn off your caps-lock. The ford GT-40 heads are good, if those are they, go for it.

Windsor Jr's are a decent head...the windsor with its' 2.02 intake is better suited for a heavily modified motor.

Lso, If you look closely, that price is EACH not for a pair. Windsor Jr's are good for mild motors. I'll have mine for sale in a few months http://www.mustangworks.com/msgboard/smile.gif. Going with Canefeilds stge 2 with victor balanced intake.

You will like those canfields but don’t get them from excessive motorsports or you'll be waiting for ever to get them. They said 4 to 6 weeks to get mine but it took almost 3 months and they always have an excuse.
