Deciding which exhaust i should buy...need help
hey...
I am trying to figure out which exhaust i should get for my 95 gt. I was thinking about getting the borla b/c i read some good things about it (if any one has it..how is it?). Or should i just go with the flowmasters. I wanted soemthing that is not to loud at low speeds but gives off a nice deep rumble. If anyone has any suggestions on the two or any other brands please let me know. Thanks a lot..bye |
I've never used the Borla stuff before, but I was very happy with the Flowmaster kit that I put on my 94. I think it was FLO-17214. It fit very good and held up very well.

|

I'm going with mac form the headers back 2 1/2 inch my car isn't fast enough for a motech exhaust (is that a real company or made up for fast and furious?) |
yeah i couldnt find any motech stuff, hahaha...thanks guys...how much should i expect the the flows or the mac to cost..sorry if i am getting annoying with the questions..just don't wanna buy the wrong stuff or get ripped off.

Check out summitracing.com ...they have good prices, and everything...just about.
|
summit doesn't have mac stuff though
i say go pick up a muscle musatngs and fast fords and checl out the adds they have in there just don't buy from excessive motorsports |
According to the MAC catolog I'm holding. A 2 1/2" True Fit Cat-back w/chrome tips is 299.50, and 389.50 w/3 1/2" tips(if that sounds like a lot for tips, MAC defines tips as from the muffler back).
Are you just going with a cat-back or are you going with a H-pipe too? Are you going to install headers? |
i was just planning on replacing the stock system..not the h pipe ....not planning on headers right now..but definatly sometime in the future.
|
ummmmmm....the H-pipe is part of the stock system
I say you throw on a cat-back, then a off-road H-pipe, then add a set of 3.73 gears, then a set of headers. |
