Electric Fan

I've been wanting to get an electric fan for my 86, but my only problem is that my motor is carbureted. Would it still work????

I don't see why not. To be sure I'd call them and ask. I have a Black Magic fan in the box right here and if you want I'll give you the number. Just let me know.

Your type of induction system has no affect on your fan choice?

I have a 67' fastback with an electric fan. It's carburated. I don't see why you couldn't do it.

I have a Flex-a-lite Black Magic on my Carb'd 347 stroker. Don't really understand why you would think the induction would be a conflict with the fan, but I wouldn't worry about it. The Black Magic also has its own adjustable thermostat. The basic connections are Battery source to power the fan motor, ground, +12 volts to turn on the relay (usually "key on" power), [optional] manual override, and [optional] A/C on.
