Site Critics... Opinions???

I've seen some really great suggestions made to others concerning their sites... maybe I could gather some of your ideas and know-how? The site is not 100% completed yet, but based on what I have done so far...

I am brand new at this web site thing, so please be gentle!

Hey Erica,

The links don't show up on Windows Explorer 5.5, so I can't check the site out

By the way, what kind of dyno do you have?

RadialPrincess 02-13-2002 08:05 PM

We have an MD-1750 with eddy brakes...

Hmm... I'm not sure why they wouldn't come up?? Anyone have any ideas? I've also had complaints that they take forever to load... I haven't made the picture file sizes too big, any clue as to why?

MIne did! It is a pretty good site especially for being new. I think you need to clean up the fonts on the front page a bit they are kinda pixelated but it is a very good site. Great pictures!

Hi Erica,

It works fine on Netscape, but the links don't come up on my Explorer, so you can't page down to the next level.

What's the difference betwen the Mustang Dyno and a Dynojet?

Thanks.

Does anyone know what I need to do to have it viewable in both???

The differences between an Mustang dyno and a DynoJet:

- An MD uses eddy current to create a load on the roller based on the vehicle calibration done for each car while on the dyno. This simulates the road load a vehicle experiences drving down the street or the track.
- A dynojet is a free spinning roller, it dervives its horsepower number from calculations based on roller speed.
- An MD has several different features to aid tuning that I don't believe a dynojet has. (constant load, full 1/4 mile simulations...etc.)
- Our particular model MD is rated up to 1750 RWHP. I think a dynojet can only handle 1000??? (Not sure, but I don't think its as high)
- Usually we have found that dynojet calculations are around 10% higher than an MD, but since every dyno varies, its difficult to tell.
