i beleive its some where around 88 lph. i would recomend at least 190lhp if you plan on upgrading the injectors..

the guy at ford wants to give me a 125 lph pump for like $140. he told me not to go with anything higher than that because i would be putting too much fuel into the engine and my car has high mileage. but thats wat i thought a fuel regulator was for? thanks for the info

yes...

you are correct. The FPR will handle the extra load. Get either the 190. The Ford guy is a hoser :)

The concept of a fuel pump that is too large has merit. The additional strain on the fuel pressure regulator can shorten it's life. The fact the pump is pushing against a large backpressure can heat the motor up and cause it to fail early as well.

A 155lph fuel pump will support over 400hp. I see no reason to upgrade to a 190, which generally costs significantly more unless you are going to supercharge the car. Stock is 88-92lph, which will support about 250hp or so, so even a 110lph pump will support more than 300hp.
