Should I Retard My Timing??? (Quick, But Important, Please Reply Soon)

I Have A Bad *** Exhayst Leak, So I Cant Hear For Detonation, But My Timing Is At 14* On 91 Octane, Should I Be Alright???

I hate to say it, but if your exhaust leak is that bad, you should not be driving it. So no, you won't be alright.

Take care,

1) Get the exhaust issue fixed.

2) Now, listen for any detonation. If you have any, back down the timing. FWIW, when I was near stock, I ran 14 degrees with 93/94 octane without any detonation. With my TFS TW's, I run 16-17 degrees with 94 and still no detonation.
