Mounts

Anyone know where I can get some drop solid motor mounts? Or exact dimentions on them know a few people that do metal work as a profession and may be able to fabricate some for me.

I wouldn't know of any dimensions, but keep in mind when ever you raise or lower a motor it brings your drivetrain out of alaginment.

I've got the ASP solid mounts (87-93) and really like them. They don't seem to be much more than a block of aluminum with some high-strength studs in them, but they're definitely rigid and that's the idea. I think they were about $55 from FordSpeed. With the ASP mounts, you have to reuse part of the mount from your stock (pre-93) motor mounts so if you don't have the two-piece mounts for your car you'll have to scrounge some up.

HPM makes solid mounts that drop about 3/4". They go in real easy. Thye were about $65.
