Burning oil??
 

Ok heres the story, I just bought the car about a month ago. As soon as I bought the car I changed the oil because I had no idea when the last time it was done was. So its been about a week and a half since Ive changed it. Last night I ran out for a minute and the check oil light came on!! I checked the oil and it was about 2 quarts low. Now this engine is a new rebuild with about 10,000 miles on it. There is no smoke and it doesnt seem to be dripping. Any ideas?

How many quarts did you put in? Have you checked around the oil pan gasket (esp rear main seal)? Have you checked the drain plug bolts.
