check ebay. there's always somebody selling light sets on there for REALLY good prices. i've gotten my share of bargains from there. just type in "mustang tail lights" in the search box and you should find what you are looking for ...good luck

hi i found a set at a local dismantlers and traded him even up for my 92 lx lenses i would imagine you could prob find the same deal all it cost me was alittle gas and time i did the same thing a while back with my 91 gt most junk yards would rather have the newer part just keep looking untill you can find a set that was covered from sunlight (like by a tree or a hood or some other kind of object) heres a pic of mine

I got mine off ebay for 70 bucks perfect condition.

Make sure you get the nuts that go with them. I tried putting the nuts from my 92 on these and it kinda stripped. The lights bolts have a larger thread size so your screws(off a 87-93) wont fit it. If you dont get the nuts, just swap out the bolts, they should just unscrew out.
