plugs and wires

I have a 95' lx. Which performance spark plugs and wires would fit and be best, even for an everyday driver?

Im also looking into a new alternator, mine is starting to go I think, how much power should i look for?

Last, If im getting a cold air induction kit should i get a new throttle body, what size and why?

Go to Your local auto store and ask for The best wires they have. You do not need to great of ones cause it is a 6. They only make on Throttle body for the v-6. Mac has it. Not worth having really. Not worth the money.

On the front of the motor there is a coilpack looking thing where all six plugwires connect to. II have all the wires off my sisters car (after a head gasket fix) and I dont remember which wire goes where.

From left to right which cylinders plugwire goes where on the front row (front of car) and back row (rear of car)?

I need to know ASAP!!!

thanks
graham

ALSO: Have any of you had bad trouble with the thermostat housing leaking from the bottom after reinstall?

IT should go from front to back left to right facing the car. 1,6 2,4 3,5. We have had 2 1994 stangs and both leaked from there. I am doing mine as soon as I lift my jeep. I have the parts already. Need to check with ford to see if there is a recall on this. Also you know the head gaskests are on reacalls for 94-95 v-6's right?
