Why is it when you can get to sleep early, and you want to sleep, you can't? I admit I fell asleep for a few hours, but then woke up at 4am for no reason! Argh, I just want sleep!

Well, I cant help you out here....I usually dont go to bed till between 1-4am. and get up by 6-7a.m. I would love to be able to get my 10 hours sleep that I always needed!!!
Last night was the first time in months I actually was in bed by 11:45!!!! IT FELT GREAT! I might try that again sometime!
No rest for the sleep-deprived!!!!!!:rolleyes:

i hardly ever get more than 3 or 4 hours during the week but, i try to make up for it on saturday, ha fat chance, but it's worth a try :rolleyes: :eek:

no matter what time i get to bed i am always up around 5-6 am, even on days off i am up but then i just laugh at thos that i know have to get out of bed while i can stya there even if i am not sleeping

You can never have to much sleep, I notice if I wake up and it's daylight out in the morning I feel 10x better, like this morning I woke up I was tired but it was day light and I felt so good. Although now it snowed and I'm pissed. I get about 6-7 hours of sleep a night, usually less on Saturdays, but Sundays I try to sleep in.
I went to Quebec for 5 days and in the course of the night I left and got back which became 6 days I got no more then 12 hours of sleep. I was so tired. I went like 3 of the 6 days with 2 hours of sleep, 1 each night. It seems like it's so hard to catch up on that sleep you lost though.
