140mph speedo swap...
Please correct me if I am wrong.
I thought I could just take a 140mph speedo out from a 89-93 and install it onto my existing backing plate, then slap a white face on it? I asked someone else and they said I had to change the whole cluster? I think it is a direct swap because that's what I want to do. They sell aftermarket speedos in a '79-93 catagory range so I am thinking they are all the same through those years.

I think theres a difference yours should go 180 or 190 kms

88cobra, I just saw a 180mph in a BBK catalog selling for about $70.
