Driving the car to the car show tomorrow!!!
 

I've been busting my a** for two weeks now trying to get my motor back together..had a little compression problem..dropping compression in two cylinders. But anyway got that fixed. So tomorrow is our local car show here tomorrow. I don't feel like trailering it down there because it's in my garage now. So i'm gonna drive it down there. It's only like two minutes below my house. So, i have no exhaust whatsover, just plain open headers. Took the exhaust off, for no obvious reason. :) So now i have a 16:1 open header'd motor...BEAUTIFUL music. The camaro club will be there tomorrow..So that should be fun :) Well later everyone.

cool open headers you should shake some, huge door's off those ls what's & lt what's, heheh , good luck man:D

16:1, what did u do to it??? I never heard the whole story.

lets just say your stang or mine cant touch it, heheh:rolleyes: :D :D

It had a blown head gasket and a couple other things too much to type.lol But it's back together now and doing fine..so far. :)

Sorry I crashed out last night and never got to your thread. I guess the 2 nights of 5 hours sleep total finally got the best of me..(not to mention the 3 margaritas at Tequilla Willeys last night! )
What time is your show over? Hope you take some pics while you are there of you and your car. That is gonna sound frigin' awesome....i wish i was there to hear it and see everyones faces...hehhehe!
I hope they dont throw your butt in jail :rolleyes: ...but like I said, if they do, give me a holler, and i"ll bail ya out! There's 2 shows today I should have gone too. But I'm trying to devote this weekend to my house and yard. Still gotta unpack crap.

Hey guys, Well i went to the show yesterday and had a BLAST. I'm sunburned as hell but oh well. I came in First in the Race Car Class, and won overall BEST OF SHOW!!! I really wasn't expecting that to happen. I got a 5' trophy. But the car got alot of attention and I got some very nice comments about it from other people. So overall it was a great show!!

Sounds like you had a blast! and hey,I always end up sun-burnt on the first car show that I enter,happens... all part of the fun :)
