Stang withdrawls

1 Attachment(s)
Well, yesterday I took the stang to the body shop for repairs (from when the tree fell on it) Maybe I'm just spoiled...but when they said they would provide a courtesy car, I was at least expecting a car made within the last 5 years!! I took in a 2000 Mustang GT, and I left with a POS '90 Buick LeSabre. Interior is busted up, it has no AC (NOT good in Oklahoma!) and plastic wheel covers on THREE wheels. I'll be glad when this week is over!!!

Drive it like its stolen. Then you won't feel so bad. Try to get air going over a hill or something. Take it off roading. I doubt you would do that in your stang. Take advantage of the opportunity.

They gave you that as a rental! Where did you take your car to get fixed? By the way, where in Ok are you? I used to live there.

That sucks, they could have least gave you something newer. When will you be getting your ride back? I'm sure it won't be soon enough...Odie

If you got a 90' GM product that still starts, consider yourself lucky.

The Buick is the "free curtesy car" from C&M body repair. They do fabulous work, but can't say much about customer service! We are about 45 miles north of Tulsa.

Originally they said one week, but I don't know if it will be back Tuesday or not. I sure hope so, that Buick is cramping my style! LOL My 6 year old cringes when I pull up to the school to pick him up.

It's only temporary, it's only temporary, it's only temporary, it's only temporary, it's only temporary, it's only temporary, it's only temporary.

Hey, you people in OK seem to be pretty lucky. My brother is flying jets for the air force over there. He drives a 2002 Firebird trans am and got the opportunity of a life time (at least I think so). You guys have those new camero cops in your parts? One pulled him over, but not to give him a ticket. He offered to race! He wanted to test out his new supertrooper car. Haha, now that's not something you hear about everyday!
