Which manual trans?
 
I'm gathering info. about doing an aod-manual trans. swap...Now...All I need to know is what kind of trans to buy...? Should I just go with a t-5? How much power will that trans take? Any suggestions on which manual trans. to look at? thanx in advance for any input.

The aod to t-5 is the easyest swap but i hate my t5. I have had it in and out of my car six times. I really hate it. I would go with a tremac 3550 or tko. You have to have a different bell housing for these trannys. And they are a little more expensive but i think you would save in the long run.
