Pumpkin Noise? (Not Halloween)
 

I thought it was the torque boxes, had them welded up and strengthened. Went to the drags on Sunday and heard the same noise as before. Since I was already there, I made 7 more passes. HaHA! Ran my best time 7.85 @ 90.99 mph with a 1.75 60ft. When I got home I put on the 5-way Tokicos. I jiggled the axles and thats when I heard that sound(clank). If I do the same to the driveshaft it clanks again. Please tell me I need a new posi. I've already informed the wife. This is the setup I'm thinking about- Eaton Posi, 31 spline Superior Axles w/ 3" studs, and an aluminum cover. If you don't have any bad(good news):p don't reply. :D

This is a run from sometime in April

check to make sure that you DS is tight and if you have bolt in subframe connectors that the bolts are tight..both these things will do what you explain
