Need 67-68 fastback shell

Recently got ripped off and bought a fastback, but then later found out it was a coupe turned into a fastback, and since it's so rusty, I'm not going to waste my time since it wouldn't look right (without some serious welding and bondo), so I need a 67-68 fb shell.. I have most of the parts.. Anyone have a lead? Thanks

Damn, when I was looking for a stang to restore, I couldnt find a fastback shell. I was originally just looking for shells for either a '67 fastback or a '70 Mach 1, but they're few, far between, and kinda pricey.

Hell, try Ebay motors. Or a swap meet.

Or make your own. If he can make a fastback out of a coupe, then you should be able to drink enough Mountain Dew to make a fastback body to be proud of.
Or whatever you drink in Canada.

Re: Need 67-68 fastback shell

I have found that there are alot of mustangs put away here where i live i recently bought a 70 mach 1 fastback and yeah it was a little rough but for 800.00 i felt great. I will have around 3800.00 in it with all new metal not including my time. There not bad to restore anyways i have a possible lead on a 67 fastback if your interested ill see if it is still around and you can go from there. I know it needs finished but thats about it.
