Pissed Off!
 

I get a day off (rare) to put my car back together today and what happens? The bracket that goes behind the power steering pump is missing. Ive had a big pile of parts, and its not there. I can't figure out what the hell happened to it.

Been there. When I had my Escort all apart for 2mo, you wouldn't believe the number of trips I had to make to the hardware store, praying to find odd sized metric bolts and what not. I was ready to go ape.

This has been a problem for me, too. I disassembled my car in early October '01. I just got it painted and I'm starting to assemble it now. I've been using my bedroom, the storage room, and the garage to store my parts. It's a pain in the *** to go through EACH place looking for the right set of 3 or 4 screws for a certain piece of trim. Then it's REALLY a pain in the *** if you don't find them and have to drive to the hardware store to buy 3 or 4 screws for a nickel apiece.:mad: :( :rolleyes:
