A Dream Come True

Finally, Finally got my car. I've been wanting a Mustang Convertible since I was 15 years old but everytime I went to buy one, it was either sold, crashed, or the buyer decided not to sell. Now @ 26 yrs old I got my hands on the one I wanted and the feeling is even better than I thought it would be. Now the fun begins!
The first thing I did when I got home was remove the Useless 25lb weight from the front of my car, WHy is that thing in there??
Does Anyone know??
Now I need to make her *fast*

thats kinda funny, i had the same thing happen to me for about 8 months when i was looking for a mustang, every car i called on was either sold or beat to ****. i finally found one though, the only problem was that it was red, and i didnt want a red one. but i got it and i am happier than a pig in sh*&, when i got the car, less than a year ago, it was bone stock, since then i have added quite a few goodies, mine is lazer red- i call it the magenta maroon metallic color.

I've wanted a mustang since I was pretty young and got mine at 14yrs old. Then it was bone stock down to the air silencer and a year or so later it's modded big time should be a 12sec car. By the way I'm now 15 and getting my liscense next year :D.

Wow, only 15!! I guess you can say you have a head start on me. If I had begun building my car when I was 15, I can only imagine the mods I would have by now. Thats great for you, you have many years to learn everything about your Stang, while I'm still looking for that engine bay thingy I keep reading about.....

Anyway, I'm gonna try my best to learn as much as possible about my car and hopefully someday I can help others with their questions...(maybe)

i got my first mustang when i was 15, a 67 fastback(burnt orange) i got it for $4000.00 off my uncle, my second car was an 83gt w/t-tops, then came my 89lx (12.20's),then my 95gt that i have always wanted. somewhere in between there i got a 84 f150 with a 8 inch lift and an 86 cougar, thats smokes like a chimney.
