installing 1.7 roller rockers

When I replace my 1.6 with the 1.7's will I need to get a different size pushrod, if so what size.

No,Ive got 1.7s and have had no problems with the stock length rods.If they are pedestal mount, shims would fix any problems with setting the lash on the rocker.

I don't think they fit under the stock valve covers though.

yes they will fit, and no you dont need new pushrods, like said before they come with shims to make up differences in length to get them torqued properly, you will have to remove or modify the oil neck baffle on the passenger side valve cover though so they wont hit it
