Low Rider
I want to drop down my 98 GT an 1.5" or 2". I just put on a set of 18" x 9.5" 2000 Cobra R wheels with 255/40 & 285/40 Pirelli P-Zero's. The car rides pretty high with those 40 sidewalls (wish I would have gone with 35's).
Anyway, I want to know what you guys think about dropping it down with these wheels. Clearance problems? Available kits? I'm all ears... SteveGT |
This may not be the way to go for you but you might want to check out Air Ride Technologies. They have air bag suspension kits that are adjustable. It probably comes with a hefty price tag though. Otherwise some springs and a matching shock/strut setup. Anything but Intrax are good as far as I know. (Intrax springs wear easily and sag)
