Computer question
Any XP users know how to disable startup items?? I went to system information like you usually would to do it, but the options aren't there anymore!! Any ideas??

Try this, it's how I do it. Pretty sure it still works on XP.
Start > Run > " msconfig " Then click the startup tab and (un)click away! |
MSCONFIG will do it. If you got other things, errors and such not showing up in there. Write down the file name its referring to.
Run Regedit, and do a find. Remove all lines referring to that file name, and you'll be set. Skyler |
Msconfig did the trick! Thanks guys! :)
