Wheels Grinding

The guy who originally owned my 95 GT but wheel that are 1" wider on the front and 2" on the back. 9" and 11". When i make a tight turn the front wheels are grinding on the lower control arm and if theres enough body lean the rears are grinding on the quads. What can i do to stop this. I dont have the money to buy new wheels and the stocks look like crap and dont have tires. Thanks

I have the same probelms with my cobra R's with 275's out back and 245's in the front. For the front I made some steering rack spacers out of PVC (1/4 inch thick), or you can buy them. For the rear I bought some 1/8 wheels spacers for about $40. It doesn't rub or hit the exhaust and suspension anymore.
