HELP! Diagnosis - Blown Head Gasket??

Ok, guys I'm back in Canada and I've got to get the 95 out of customs. Heres my problem, I think I've blown a head gasket and therefore really don't want to drive the car. Please help:

Symptoms:

1. High oil Pressure. The oil pressure gauge is getting close the "L" in normal. I noticed some oil coming from the breather.

2. Coolant level had dropped about 1/2 to 1 quart during about 1000 miles of driving.

3. Burning coolant smell sometimes (this does occur all the time  )

4. Minor Detonation. I did have a severe detonation problem last summer, but I think I got rid of it. This new detonation is coming from this problem, IMO.

Any idea's. I'm planning on tearing in to the motor this winter, but don't want to risk damaging the car.

HELP!

STOP!!!

First of all, you CAN NOT rely on the stock oil pressure gauge. It may be accurate this time, but odds are that it isn't.

Second, it's not unusual to lose a little coolant on a drive like that.

Was there any signs of water in the oil, or oil in the water?

The first thing you have to do is a compression test. Don't forget to unplug the coil and block open the throttle first.

Post your results.

Take care,
-Chris

Thanks PKRWUD. I'll do some more testing on the car. But right now it is in customs and I have to get it from customs to my house. It is about a 15-20 minute drive. I just hope nothing grenades before then.
