Cats Or Not?

Hey Guys,

I own a 96 GT and I was wonder about removing my cats. One of them is let go inside and it's just rattling (driving me nuts). Anyway, I was thinking about removing them all together, and putting a straight pipe in there..

Or actually cutting them open and just gutting the insides out. This way I won't have to worry about it come inspection time.

Any suggestions on how the car will run? Will I get Engine lights, rough running, etc?

Thanks

P.S. I don't have to pass emission tests in my province. They just look to see if you have a cat.

Just get a off-road h-pipe. You'll get a code, but that can be fixed with a set og MIL eliminators.

Wht bother spending the money on a H-pipe with cats.???

Won't just free flow(No Cats) be better?

Get a Mac Prochamber.

You will gain approx. 20HP at the wheel.

You must be from Qc?
