Adjustable mass air meter?
 
Has anyone heard of or know about an adjustable (MAF) meter....

Haven't heard of one of those, but I Interactive Technologies or some company makes soemthing called an air adjuster that allows you adjust your mass air sensors output voltage to compensate for different injectors, induction, etc.
