used parts?
 

hey guys, guy i work with knows a guy who had a 95 5.0 an he sold i an bought a drop top 97 cobra, he put some money in the 95, but sold it to get the cobra. he still has the parts from the 5.0 which, now is mostly engine stuff, (stock intake thas ported out, bigger throttle body, cold air etc).i'm not sure what he has cuase i haven't met the guy. i know this gear will be cheaper than new, but is it worth the time? i'm kinda intrested in lookin at it, an I know he's probably jus lookin for some fast cash so he can get rid of it. whats yalls feelin on used gear? i plan to look it over before i consider purchasing it of course, but what do i need to look for as a bargining chip an whats a good price to get the ball rollin?

i don't think the stuff you have listed would be bad if you bought it used as long as there isn't any obvious problems with them. as long as you check them out and them ok then they should be cool.
