Rain... Leaks must stop! lol...

I have a 00 GT, and it seems every time it rains, or there's any dew or condensation on my car, if I crack the window it just pours in. All over the window buttons, lock button, etc. It's almost like it was designed to channel water into my car :) Do any of you guys use rain guards? I smoke in my car, and I always crack the window but this is getting annoying. Just wondering if any of you guys could point me to some decent looking/quality rain guards. I've searched, btw.

Also, I noticed since I had my offroad pro chamber put on, every time I stop and idle (especially at fast food joints where there's a wall on my left side), some NASTY exhaust rolls into my car... practically chokes me. Are these short little dates with Miss Carbon Monoxide safe, or should I keep my windows up till I take off?

Hehe,
The 86-98s have the exact same "water funneling" problem.
I tend to keep a rag around for the purpose of cleaning up my doors when I decide to crack the windows in the rain.

As far as the carbon monoxide...
ANY amount is bad for you. So I would only crank the window down while standing still when you have to.

Funny, but the 98 doesn't really have that particular problem.

Well, the offroad pipe i had put on eliminated the cats, so i figure that's why i'm getting raw exhaust?

not to flame or anything, but i believe smoking is much worse than breathing the stuff your car makes for a min, and i personally think that raw car exhaust doesnt even stink as bad.

Carbon Monoxide is pretty dangerous and can kill someone quite easily.

While getting a little car exhaust mixed with lots of fresh air from your car window shouldn't do anything to you, it certainly can't be good for you....

I would personally and strongly recommend to stay away from both...but the decision's yours...

Cigarettes HAVE Carbon Monoxide in them among other things.
