Sad Day for the Rice Haters Club
 

As Crazy Horse GT hinted at in one of the other Rice Hater Posts, there are some changes in the executive group of RHC.

Today will be the last day Crazy Horse GT (marty) will be the Rice Hater's Club President. :( He is stepping down for retirement.

At his request I will assume the role of President of the Rice Hater's Club.

Marty started the RHC out of a deep hatered for the pathetic and annoying ricers. Little did he know that many other "real car enthusiats" also shared this great hatered. And thus the Rice Hater's Club was formed. The membership has growen quickly and has nearly 50 members and it's own web site.

As a tribute to the creative genius of Crazy Horse GT (marty), I will, as the new President, give marty the official title of "Founding Father" of the RHC.

Marty will address the membership tonight.

i'm sure you'll do a fine job. Yes, it will be tough to fill the shoes left by Marty, but if anyone can do it, it's you.

Actually we had some money saved up from Web Advertising. We had several thousand dollars. This money was to be used for RHC functions and events. But Marty spent it all on cherry flavoured Gummy Bears! :D

I tip my hat to you Marty. We're going to miss your swift decisions under pressure. I welcome my neighbour (local Torontonian (sp?)) as president. I say we hook up and start rice bashing. I may be heading to Woodbridge this weekend to a local rice show, we should meet up and smoke some rice.

First I hear that Heston may have Alzheimers, and will have to give up his guns, and now this. I've lost two of my three Presidents in one day.

Thanks Marty. You never know how much work being prez is going to take. It's all how far the members want to take it. So far they seem to find it fun, so it's takeing off quick. Maybe if it gets going fast enough we can edge out the popularity of lowered, farty civics ;) :D

You know Crazy Horse GT, if you want an intern so badly, then I'll talk with the anti-theft device :eek:. Seems like after that role she was out of a job and needed a new one. :D
