Best brand of springs?
 

What are the best lowering springs for a 1994 Mustang. I plan to put 351w in there. I want great ride that can handle curves. I do not want drag springs. Thanks.

Well, your question is better asked in the corner carver section.
But here goes.

Eibach make a nice Road Race spring 750-850 fr, and 250-300(?)r
H&R Race and super race are awesome springs (see maximum motorsports website for good review and stats)

You WILL need new shocks and struts (recommend Koni Yellows or good set of Bilstien) or else the stock ones will wear out really quickly. Your car will handle awesome with this set-up, however you may need other components ie bumpsteer kit, torque arm the list can go on.
IF you just want better handling try H&R sports or Eibach pro-kit.
Ford C are OK but not progressive (ie harsh ride).

It all depends on the type of ride and handling you are looking for, just dont do the springs without the shocks.
