96-98 Cobra K&N
 

When we went to pick up the H pipe for the notch, the nice guy threw in a K&N that came out of a 98 Cobra...unfortunately its too big for my airbox...does anyone want it? Its yours for the price of shipping (you can pay me via Paypal or MO, or even COD). PM me if any of you mod-heads want it! Gotta clear out the closet :)

Do you know if that will fit the SOHC airbox?

I'm sorry I couldn't tell ya! I know NOTHING about modular engines, but you could try checking the K&N website and see if the model numbers are different.

Well what good are you then? I'm not sure it will, since the model numbers are different. I'll have to check the fram units or something.

I just checked for you Deuce. It appears they are the same, I didn't think they would be.. I checked Jegs first but had to verify it, to make myself feel better.

No problem, that info is straight off the K&N site.. here is a link so you can check it out and see.. http://www.knfilters.com/appinq.htm use 'mustang' as the make, no specific details for cobra(they list it as a mustang dohc).
