1/8th to 1/4 mile conversion, what's the equation?

I know I could just input the numbers into the analyzer here when i get back from the track, but I want to know as soon as I get my timeslip what it would be in the 1/4mi

I'll just program it into my little TI83 and then plug the numbers in at the track.

So how bout it?

Multiply your 1/8th mile time by 1.56.

is the mph just as easy?

There is no equation for mph that I know of.
