workin on a 90 lx what do u guys think..

Im new to the board. I just finished getting a 90 lx hatchback together and was wondering what u guys think it will run cause i havnt made a pass yet. It is a .030 302 (306) 9:1 compression, gt-40 iron heads, cobra intake, e-cam, roller rockers, 70mm edelbrock throttle body, bbk cold air intake (fender), bbk shorties, x pipe, flowmasters, C-4 tranny with 3500 stall convertor, 373 gears, i think it is a 265/60/15 hoosier quick time, msd 6a ignition, lakewood lift bars, lakewood struts, drag springs, sub frame connectors, no ac, no air pump, aluminum driveshaft, 50oz flywheel, harwood fiberglass lift off hood, and i think thats about it. Im hoping its in the 12's but im not sure. Im used to driving my tube chassis mustang at the track which will go low 9's to mid 8's on a good day so this thing feels slow. Im considering putting the edelbrock victor jr. heads on it with the 2.05 valves but thought it might be too much air for that little bit of compression. What do u guys think. Any suggestions are appreciated.

90 LX

Since you are running the AOD...I'm thinking low 13s.

Its not an AOD tranny its a Performance automatic racing C-4 with heavy duty clutches and a 10' 3500 stall convertor

low 13's, high 12;s

Full weight? I'd guess a 12.78@107mph with a 1.84 60ft time.

I guess I could be a tad off on my estimates though:D

and yes the 2.05 valves are WAY too big for that motor. The valve shrouding against the side of the cylinder would be the biggest issue with that.

yea its pretty much full weight. I mean theres no spare or jack or AC compressor, Air pump, and a lift off fiberglass hood (no hinges) but besides that its a full weight LX hatchback.
