Porting and Polsihing
 

If you port and polish your heads and intake will you still gain HP without going to bigger injectors, MAF, Throttle body? Will you gain much? Or does it depend on engine.

Yes you will still gain HP on an engine with stock TB mass air sensor etc............you wouldnt need to put bigger injectors without doing some extreme mods.

The amount of HP you gain from simply porting and polishing is a moddest amount. If someone does you a really good job porting your heads and intake you will pick up maybe 20-25 HP at the crank.

On a V6 I wouldnt bother with porting the heads I would more than likely go with a power adder.
