Thats ganna cost you a LOT of money.
I've heard good things about MSD 6AL for mustangs. A guy at my local car show put it on his 66' and he said felt a difference.

First, sounds good, like you put some thought in it. The only thing I have to say is: stock fly wheel?? At the horsepower your running, I think thats kind of dangerous.
Just a guess. But I'd say about 450 ish HP. I have a run amost the same thing on the dyno, eccept: 351w, roller cam almost same spec, 9.5:1.700 holley. It made 430HP at 6000 and was still going very strong. I saw 450 on the sceen alot during the test, but we cut it off at 6K. maybe at 6200 it would have hit 450. Should be a screamer.

Dyno it

If you,ve already got it in the car, I would just put it on the chassis dyno and see what it does. If it really does put out
375 at the wheels, then work on the suspension and get some drag radials or ET Streets and go to the track. But be prepared to break parts like tranny, 8" third member, axles , u-joints, etc. And have a helmet, drive shaft loop, etc. for 12's.
