Looks good to me... should be good for 400+fwhp ...is that what you're shooting for? What are you doing for your fuel system and suspension?
What, did you forget the nitrous plate??? :D |
Hey man sounds like you got a killer combo. You should be lookin at anywhere between 400-425 horsepower when tuned in. But i feel that the carb may be a little on the large side. A 650 would have probobly been a better choice. As far as the heads they are a good choice and are very economical also. The next big up grade you will need will be tranny. The stock t-5 will not hold up behind a centerforce. I speak from experiance. the shock of a centerforce is to much for a stock t-5 behind a built motor. Some people get lucky and they hold up but more times than not they blow up. Give Bob Hanlon a call to get a good opinion on the perfect clutch.

Actually I plan on getting a 125 shot within the next year (after I recover from building the car itself). What kind of times do you think I should look forward to? I was hoping to break 11's, and then maybe low 11's - high tens with the n2o.

We are all here to help each other out. I will submitt my car for getting your motor "DIALED IN". I really don't mind. Hey what are freinds for anyway. Like this we can see if it is a 650 or a 750 that you really need. :) GOOD LUCK it sounds Killer.
