timing adjustments on a '95 5.0
 

I used to own a '90 and am familiar with setting base timing on those models but.... there is no "chip" to pull from the distributor wiring to bypass the computer on this model. Am I blind, or is there another method on this car?

on the 95, you have to pull the spout connector. it is on the passenger side, near the inner apron, close to the air intake assembly. it is a little grey connector. set base timing with that spout connector removed.
